The Bindu Yoga Centre
I have been lucky enough to inherit a lovely place to practice yoga and I would like to share it with you. Join me in this special little place to practice different types of yoga including Hatha, Mantra, Karma, Bhakti yoga and Kirtan
A retreat at The Bindu Yoga Centre will give you the space to allow you to access a deeper knowledge of yoga and spiritual practices, thereby helping you to bring peace and happiness in your daily life.
What The Space Offers
A calm retreat in the middle of The South Hams in Devon, equidistant from the moors and the sea.
A place to get away from the busy-ness of life, to have some space for yourselves away from usual routines/external influences and family.
A chance to be part of a yoga community and to meet other like-minded people.
To experience different types of yoga and periods of silence (Mouna).
About The Space
This space has disabled access and is on a one acre site. There are 2 bungalows one of which is a holiday let, which we will use on retreats.
An en suite 2/3 bedroom in the main bungalow completes the retreat accommodation. There is a wooden octagonal purpose built yoga studio with great acoustics.
– There is also a small stream and pond in the garden and a poly-tunnel.
– Harbertonford is 3 miles from Totnes town and the train station.
– Ideal for weekend and longer retreats.
– You can also experience a sauna or wood fired hot tub (weather permitting).
– An outdoor heated swimming pool for use from June – September.
– Accommodation provided in shared or private room.
– Vegetarian meals provided
Each course has a maximum of 8 attendees, all of who will be staying on site. There are single beds available and a king size bed across 5 individual rooms. All beds will be first come first served, but I’d ask for anyone attending together to share a room so people attending by themselves can have their own.
All food provided will be nutritional, vegetarian, local and organic wherever possible.
Please email me in advance with any dietary requirements/ allergies.
Smokers are asked to smoke in the designated area.
No drugs or alcohol permitted on the retreats.
We look forward to welcoming you soon!
