Come and join us for a fabulous weekend as we nurture the mind, body and soul using Yoga and meditation techniques.
Spend a relaxing long weekend at the Bindu Yoga Centre. Practise meditation in the centre’s purpose built octagonal Yoga studio, nourish the body with home-cooked vegetarian food, and indulge in the sauna, heated pool and wood fired hot tub.
This weekend is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners and focuses on our well being in the transition from Summer to Autumn. A time of year for resting and nurturing but also about renewal and restoring balance in our lives.
The weekend will include 5 classes a day, incorporating periods of silence, meditation, breathing techniques, Hatha, Karma and Mantra yoga.
Enjoy the sauna, heated outdoor pool and the wood fired hot tub
This is an environment that will allow us to come together, prepare food picked from the garden and celebrate the harvest.

The accommodation consists of two bungalows set in one acre of garden. There’s a polytunnel, a pond and little stream, a beautiful purpose built octagonal wooden yoga studio, the hot tub, sauna and outdoor pool.
In The Studio there are four bedrooms that will sleep five. Two singles with single beds, one kingsize single and a twin bedroom. There are two toilets, a power shower and enclosed garden, all with disabled access. In Joy’s room in the other bungalow, there are two single beds and an ensuite shower room with own small garden. We will prepare and eat food in the kitchen in the main bungalow.
